Right of withdrawal for consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

Our standard right of withdrawal is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed after receipt of the goods, we are generally unable to grant you a refund or exchange. You have the right to return your goods after 14 days

. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken delivery of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of an order and these are delivered in one go;

- On which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken delivery of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of one order and these are delivered separately - customs duties shall be borne by the customer.

If you have ordered several goods as part of one order and these are delivered separately, customs duties must be paid directly by the contractor when the goods are returned. If this is not possible, the customs duties will be deducted from the refund amount.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection if their seal has been removed after delivery.
